This small, one-acre park preserves a simple sod-roofed log cabin built in the early 1900s. Pioneers across Montana accepted the hardships, limits, and opportunities of such frontier homes. Interpretive signage at the one-acre park offers a glimpse into one family’s hardships and beauties. The site offers great photo opportunities and a quick visit to our past.
Parker Homestead is located 8 miles west of Three Forks on Montana Highway 2.
