Elkhorn Mountain Inn
The Elkhorn Mountain Inn is a family-owned and operated lodge/motel facility built and opened in 1996. It is located in a lightly populated rural area, within a 10-minute drive of the State Capitol building, museums, downtown shopping and state and federal governmental buildings.
The facility is a two-diamond AAA rated facility consisting of 22 overnight rooms and a conference/meeting room. The rooms include a Sweet (Honeymoon) Suite, business suite, family suite and private courtyard. All of the rooms have free local calls, cable television, combination TV/VCR, in-room coffee service, morning newspaper, telephone data ports, and centralized but individual air conditioning and heating controls. The entire interior and exterior decor capitalizes on the distinctive native materials and colors of Montana.
The Elkhorn Mountain Inn is physically connected to the Montana City Store, a modern convenience store offering virtually anything a tourist or business guest might need, including photocopy, fax, notary, postal and FedEx services. The motel/store complex is within short walking distance of three bar/restaurants, each of which offer a wide range of dining and casino alternatives.
