Benchmark Wilderness Outfitter Guest Ranch
The Benchmark Wilderness Guest Ranch has been owned/operated by our family since 1969. The ranch is located near the heart of the vast Bob Marshall Wilderness Area. Nestled amongst the pines is the historic mountain lodge where our guests gather to enjoy delicious home cooked meals, exchange stories and just relax and enjoy our majestic mountain setting. We have 5 log guest cabins and a centrally located full service bathhouse. Fairview Creek which winds through the property has been enjoyed by all throughout the years.
We operate a full service backcountry permitted hunting camp in the Flathead National Forest from September 1 through October. It is documented in history that our camp once resulted in a battle between the Blackfoot and Flathead Indians over hunting rights in the area. So we choose to let history speak for itself.
Our personalized approach in serving our guests, joined by 40 years of service in the hospitality industry, will guide us in becoming the #1 choice for wilderness recreation in the region.
