The Ranch at the Dearborn

Reserve now for 2011! The Ranch at the Dearborn is offering more than a 50% discount off our regular prices for a limited time. That's $30 a night per person (based on double occupancy) and that includes a full hot breakfast (no, not a continental breakfast). We include eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, hash browns, coffee, milk, orange juice (we have our own free range chickens, so the eggs are as fresh as they can be they are not store-bought). With this special promotion, supper is available for $15 per person (and listen, supper is either bar-b-que steak, bar-b-que chicken, tequila-lime shrimp, bar-b-que pork loin, hand-pressed bar-b-que hamburgers or enchiladas ... all suppers with all the fixins') We also pack lunches for $8 (better than any lunch available within 45 miles!).



And it gets better! If you are an Outfitter or Guide, if you book your clients to stay at The Ranch at the same time, you stay for only $20 based on double occupancy on those nights (and you still get a full breakfast at no additional charge).

At this price, why stay anywhere else? We are located in the middle of what's going on in the Craig, Montana area only at a fraction of the price.

All we ask is you book your clients' stay in the two sleeping rooms downstairs (special rates for the outfitter/guide ... daily or weekly rates for the clients). Start your day with a great breakfast and use us as your base. (Suppers and bag lunches also available ala carte)

The Ranch at the Dearborn offers two sleeping rooms with their own heating/air conditioning and breakfast / supper (we can also accommodate a couple in our guest room). Conveniently located right above the Missouri River mid-way between Helena and Great Falls, Montana on Interstate 15 at Exit 240.

The Ranch at the Dearborn is located on the Gary Cooper Ranch. Yes, Gary Cooper the actor. His parents lived here and their home, Gary Cooper's Club House and Guest Houses still stand. Gary Cooper entertained such celebrities as John Wayne and Ernest Hemmingway on his ranch here.

The Ranch at the Dearborn provides you with a menu checklist for the entrees you want for each breakfast and supper for your stay along with wake up times so we can better plan your stay. Our kitchen is equipped with state of the art GE top of the line appliances. Trudy has been a kitchen manager for public schools where she prepared food from scratch. We offer 60" HD DirecTV in the dining and living room until 10pm.

A private bathroom and shower/bath are between the two sleeping rooms. Sleeping room two offers a 19" Color TV.

The Ranch at the Dearborn is partnered with the finest guides for guided float trips on the Missouri. Shore lunch, flies, instruction, and non-alcoholic beverages are supplied by the guide. A typical day trip lasts around 10 hours. Your trip can be customized to accommodate your trip as necessary. Guide rates are listed on our web site.

Ask us about bringing your dog with you. We have a securely fenced acre and a half dog park just out the front door.
