Virginia City Players at the Opera House. Montana's oldest summer stock company is a professional troupe specializing in authentic 19th century entertainment. The Virginia City Players perform nightly (with the exception of Monday) Memorial Day through Labor Day. Performances consist of turn of the century style melodrama followed by a varied vigorous vagary of vivacious variety acts. A fun filled adventure promising quality affordable family entertainment. he Virginia City Players are proud to announce their all new 2008 season with many new additions and opportunities for the whole family! The Players will open their regular Big Show and Vaudeville season on Friday May 23rd at 7PM this year with George Bernard Shaw's 'You Never Can Tell', a family farce filled with fun and romance, directed by renowned playwright, screenwriter and director Roger Hedden. Virginia City Players Alum and Brewery Follies star Bobby Gutierriez steps in for the second show directing one of the greatest adventures of all time 'The Count of Monte Cristo' which opens Wednesday June 11th. Our regular season caps off opening Wednesday June 25th with screenwriter and director Sean Abley's original musical comedy 'Dracula's Daughters: The Family Comedy' now, let's see how the old vampire handles teenagers shall we?? Frighteningly hysterical! And don't forget the Vaudeville! Directed once again by artistic and producing director Stacey Gordon, you never know what kind of wacky comedy, beautiful music and amazing dancers you will see.... it's the capper of the evening!

Daily Mini Mystery Matinees $10 Adults $5 Children (this includes Monday through Friday matinees and the Monday and Tuesday evening shows as well, as these are mini-mysteries as well.)
Big Show and Vaudeville $15 Adults $8 Children (this includes all shows Wednesday through Sunday evening as well as the Saturday Sunday
Matinees)
Special rates for groups of 20 or more are available. Special rates for groups of non-profits also available.
