It features over 1,000 dolls of all descriptions and sizes, from china dolls of 1860 and papier-mâché dolls of 1880 to the contemporary icons of Barbie and GI Joe. Yesterdays Playthings is located on Main Street in Deer Lodge off I-90 using exits 184 or 187. It is located in the Old Montana Prison Complex, which houses five unique museums inside its historic prison walls. The complex includes the Old Montana Prison, Powell County Museum, Frontier Montana Museum, Yesterday's Playthings and the Montana Auto Museum.
One fee covers all five museums.
